We are very excited about the success of our recent CD launch, and about our upcoming series of Christmas concerts.

To celebrate, and to spread the news, we are encouraging our newsletter subscribers to pass on the “secret” to their friends.

When a new subscriber adds themself to the mailing list – perhaps using the small form at the foot of this page – if they add the name of a friend already on the mailing list (or a member of the choir) in the “How you heard of us” box, both the new subscriber and the existing one will be entered into a draw to win a pair of top-price tickets to our concert Christmas in the City on Sunday 21st December.

But hurry – this offer is only open for a week – entry will close at noon GMT on Friday 5th December!

Prize Draw Rules: New subscribers to the City of London Choir e-newsletter between 26th November 2014 and noon on 5th December 2014 will be entered into the Prize Draw, as will an existing subscriber nominated by the new subscriber. The name of an existing subscriber may be entered more than once for the draw but each individual is eligible for only one prize. Members of the choir are counted as existing subscribers and may be entered as such. Winners will be drawn at random and notified by email. Six prizes will be offered, each one consisting of a pair of top-price tickets to Christmas in the City at the Barbican on Sunday 21st December 2014, 6.30pm. Tickets can be posted or left for collection at the box office, as the winner prefers. No cash alternative. Closing date: Friday 5th December, at noon GMT.

For the very first time, the City of London Choir is taking its ever-popular “carol concert with bells on” (The Guardian) to the Barbican, in the heart of the City itself. The sparkling brass and percussion of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra join us for a joyful and uplifting celebration of Christmas. Just four days before Christmas, this is the concert to imbue the whole family with festive spirit!

We are proud to be supporting the Sheriffs’ and Recorder’s Fund: a City-based charity that gives small grants to ex-prisoners and their families in London, to help them stop offending and start a new life.
