We are delighted to return to St John’s Smith Square on December 9th for our annual celebration of Christmas. Don’t miss this “carol concert with bells on” (in the words of The Guardian), featuring settings by John Rutter, Vaughan Williams, John Gardner, David Willcocks, John Dankworth and many more. Enjoy both classics and new favourites, and plenty of audience participation. Click here for more information.
We are excited to announce that the internationally renowned tenor Daniel Norman will be the City of London Choir’s first Artist in Residence for the season 2017/18. Daniel has recently appeared in Billy Budd for Opera North, Die Meistersinger for Glyndebourne Festival, and Bach’s St Matthew Passion with the Dunedin Consort. He will be joining us on the stage for Haydn’s Creation Mass in October 2017 and Harmoniemesse and Mendelssohn’s Elijah in 2018 (details of all of which can be found on our concerts page).
